A simple to use 40mm green gas shell designed to fit most gelblaster and nerf style grenade launchers. Can shoot gelballs when using cardboard wads, Nerf style foam balls and rockets.

A low refill cost using any commercial lubricated green gas.

Made out of CNC machined and annodised aluminium, these are a hardy little device that will generally handle the combat reload whilst out in the bush.

Always wear AS/NZS rated eye protection when using these devices.

Loading Method 1

• Confirm the shell is empty.

• Confirm the firing valve has been reset.

• Using your preferred green gas, fill the shell pointing the business end away from you.

• Load a single foam ball or foam rocket in the shell.

• Load the shell into your preferred launcher.

Loading Method 2

• Confirm the shell is empty.

• Confirm the firing valve has been reset.

• Using your preferred green gas, fill the shell pointing the business end away from you.

• Place a cardboard disc into the base of the shell.

• Load gelballs upto the top of the shell.

• Close the top of the shell with paper masking tape. Less is better.

• Load and use the shell.

- Note that these shells will benefit from a fill with Maintenance Green Gas every 10-20 shots.

Each boxed unit contains: 1 Grenade Shell, 2 reusable nerf style foam balls.
